If we think of everything we have to do, we feel overwhelmed.
If we do the one thing we need to do, we make progress.
Often in life we try to eat the whole elephant. We start our days with anxiety about getting the kids to schools, preparing for meetings and trying to find time to stay healthy by eating right and exercising. Sometimes, we just need to slow down and make sure we do the one or two most important things vs. trying to do everything at once.....
